Charlottesville reportedly offers settlement to right-wing LARPers...

Image
I must say, I'm not surprised by this at all. It would be really fun to watch these guys explaining to their herd of sheeple how voluntarily forfeiting their Second Amendment rights is somehow a win for them. I'm going to go ahead and get the popcorn ready. In the meantime, I've gotten the paperwork all together for them to speed things up. Just insert the names of these losers and voila!

By the way, word on the street is that Jason Kessler has been offered the same settlement with the additional caveat that he agree not to sue the city. If true, that's more or less an admission by the city that it royally fucked up, which basically isn't news. Kessler says he won't settle.

Are you smarter than 2 Charlottesville Police Department officers, an FBI Agent, a Commonwealth's Attorney, a Judge, and a Grand Jury?

Image
NBC29 is reporting that Donald Blakney was indicted by a grand jury today, for allegedly striking a man at the Unite The Right rally, in front of Emancipation Park on August 12, 2017. Watch a short snippet of the altercation published by ABC News below.

View some photographs of an injury allegedly caused by Donald Blakney which were posted on social media and apparently emailed to a close associate of Jason Kessler below.

Make sure yousign the petition asking Commonwealth's Attorney Joe Platania to drop the charges.

Downgraded: Alleged "criminal investigation" now just a "civil action" says Jason Kessler...

Image
Two weeks ago, Jason Kessler alleged that there was an ongoing criminal investigation of an altercation in which he claims he was assaulted but two police officers and had his phone crushed.

Kessler has since uploaded a video of the alleged assault to You Tube in which he can be seen challenging direct commands from the officers.

Kessler appears to be shying away from his previous description of a "criminal investigation", and now says that he filed a complaint and that he is pursuing "civil action". Please folks, whatever you do, don't share this video with the police.

The Southern Poverty Law Center is seeking information on several Unite The Right participants including multiple LOSers...

Image
The Southern Poverty Law Center is asking for the public's help in identifying multiple Unite The Right rally participants who are alleged to have been involved in acts of violence on August 12, 2017. Yesterday, the watchdog posted several video clips to it's Twitter account and a photo gallery to it's Facebook page which shows five individuals that they're currently seeking information for. Local and Federal law enforcement has appeared to have abandoned their responsibility to investigate and prosecute crimes, leaving the difficult job of identifying criminals up to the public. Three of the individuals being sought were all documented either wearing or carrying League of the South branded helmets, shirts or shields. At least one is being alleged by attorney Elmer Woodard to be guilty of an assault on Deandre Harris.

If you have any photos, videos, or information about the identities of these individuals seen above, you're encouraged to email the information to c…

Recently filed civil suit sets the table for new perjury charges to be brought against Jason Kessler...

Image
Jason Kessler, who organized the failed Unite The Right rally last August, recently had charges dropped in a criminal case brought against him for alleged perjury stemming from an altercation on Charlottesville's Downtown Mall while he was collecting signature's in an attempt to have Vice-Mayor Wes Bellamy removed from office. A new civil suit filed by James Justin Taylor may set the stage for Kessler to be brought up on brand new charges of perjury. The new civil suit, filed April 3rd in Charlottesville Circuit Court alleges that not only did Kessler perjure himself on a sworn complaint that he filed after the altercation, but that Kessler gave false testimony during his first perjury trial on March 20th. The complaint alleges that Kessler "swore under oath a number of false and material statements".

In addition to the new accusations of perjury contained in the suit, Taylor claims that Kessler is also guilty of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional…

Future of Unite The Right II rally looking more uncertain as multiple groups implode or cave in civil litigation...

Image
Welp. Not looking good for Jason. That's too bad. I have an idea. Why don't you cancel? Save yourself the public humiliation. It's looking like there's not much interest in repeating this shitshow. The National Socialist Movement and the League of the South have both cucked out, the Traditionalist Worker Party spectacularly imploded. Just give it up dude. No one wants this dumb rally. It's stupid, and it's not going to do anything for you.

National Socialist Movement cucks, agrees to forego civil rights in similar consent decree accepted by LOSers...

Image
The second group in as many weeks has seemingly thrown in the towel on future activism in Charlottesville, Virginia. The largest Neo-Nazi organization in the country, the National Socialist Movement, has reportedly caved and agreed not to return to Charlottesville in a group of two or more people while armed. While the consent decree does not stop them from returning individually while armed, the agreement increases the risk of future litigation and will likely deter them from coming back again. The League of the South was the first of many groups being sued by the city of Charlottesville to enter into a voluntary agreement preventing them from exercising their Second Amendment rights as a group. It's unclear if the capitulation of the two groups signals an impending wave of surrender, but both Jason Kessler and former members of the Traditionalist Worker Party have said that they will not compromise and will continue to fight the lawsuit. There are also several Leftist groups wh…

Despite multiple Alt-Righters claiming that they know the identity of "White Helmet", no arrest has been made...

Image
Look folks, I'm just as mad about this as you are. Elmer Woodard wants to see justice done to "White Helmet", and I do too. So why has the Charlottesville Police Department not sought him out yet? I mean, all they need to do is call ol' Michael Hill and ask him his name, considering he was carrying a League of the South shield on August 12th.

And if they can't get a hold of ol' Mike Hill, maybe they could check with "Kehne Moeller" (account deleted). It's admittedly his "buddy" after all. Apparently, "White Helmet" is worried about being doxed, or something.

And if they can't get a hold of "Kehne", perhaps they could check with Hannah Zarski, who admits that she knows who he is, it's just that no one's ever asked, that's all.

So there you go folks, they could probably help Elmer nab "White Helmet" if they wanted to, it would just take motivation, I guess.

Robert Tracci wants another stab at Jason Kessler...

Image
Albemarle County Commonwealth's Attorney Robert Tracci is asking Judge Cheryl Higgins to vacate her previous ruling in Jason Kessler's perjury trial and allow Kessler to be retried on the same charges either under the previous indictment or suggesting that Kessler be reindicted. The consensus on this among people I've talked to is pretty much give it up, but we'll see. There's some question about whether or not vacating the previous ruling and allowing this prosecution to go forward would amount to double jeopardy, but according to the case law cited in Tracci's new filing, it wouldn't. It's a Hail Mary at best.

LOSer PR Chief at a loss for words on consent decree barring the group from returning to Charlottesville armed...

Image
Brad Griffin, the PR Chief for the League of the South apparently doesn't know what to think about a voluntary agreement between the League of the South and the city of Charlottesville to forego their Second Amendment rights. NBC29 reached out to multiple legal experts who can explain it you:

"The Rutherford Institute, which seeks to defend civil liberties, says the group's second amendment rights are not violated in the agreement because it made the choice voluntarily."No one should be bringing weapons to any kind of first amendment protest. You have a general second amendment right to do so. In this case, it doesn't violate the second amendment rights because they agreed to do away with them,” said John Whitehead, Rutherford Institute. The League of the South is allowed to return to Charlottesville and even protest if it chooses to do so--- but members must be peaceful.According to NBC29's legal analyst Lloyd Snook, the group could appeal the decree if it wan…

After previously stating on social media that Traditionalist Worker Party data was soon-to-be, or had been deleted, Matt Parrott asserts it is safe and sound after all...

Image
Matt Parrott, the co-founder of the now defunct Traditionalist Worker Party created a huge predicament when he posted on the Alt-Right social media network Gab, that "information was scrubbed" and also that "all membership information literally no longer exists anywhere", prompting the attorney's for the Plaintiff's in Sines v. Kessler to file an emergency motion for sanctions and the preservation of all data. In a new court filing, Parrott now claims under penalty of perjury that all data is safe and sound. Joke's on us, I guess...

It's unclear at this time what exactly prompted Parrott to make the bizarre statements on Gab. Parrott and the Traditionalist Worker Party's Ohio based attorney, James Kolenich has filed a response to the motion, asking the judge to deny the requested discovery sanctions and relief.

A judge has yet to rule on the motion or response.

Somehow, a self-identified "primary organizer" of the Unite The Right rally escaped rally related litigation...

Image
I don't get it either. How do you publicly call yourself a "primary organizer" of the Unite The Right rally, and yet escape multiple rally related lawsuits as a defendant? Lucky rabbit's foot, I guess... That would be Brad Griffin, publisher of Occidental Dissent, League of the South PR Chief, and Unite The Right participant. Griffin even wrote a long piece about his participation in the rally.

It talked about how the League of the South and Nationalist Front didn't attend the August 11th torch march at UVA. Griffin says he did though. Wasn't that the same group that marched to a different beat on August 12th and started a riot by forcing their way through stationary counter-protesters with shields and helmets? Pretty sure that was the same group.

I mean, it's not like Griffin's Twitter account was cited in an Operational Order (see page 6) created by Eli Mosley and leaked from the Discord chats as one of six accounts to follow for rally related upd…

Make Popcorn: Some white nationalists are reportedly settling a lawsuit with the city of Charlottesville while others vow to keep fighting...

Image
These rumors have been swirling for over a week and yet no media has reported that white nationalists are being offered a settlement by the city of Charlottesville in the lawsuit brought by Georgetown Law's Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection on behalf of the city. I can confirm that some groups have agreed to the settlement while others are vowing to continue to fight the lawsuit. So far, both Jason Kessler and a member of the former Traditionalist Worker Party have said that there will be no deal (in the case of TWP, they just have to find out what Matthew Heimbach did with all of their money first...)

I wonder which of the LOSers decided to settle? They sure aren't publicizing it, probably because it's going to make them look weak and embarrassing. The settlement is confirmed by the logging of a court filing dated 3-13-18 for a motion with consent order. A consent order is an enforceable agreement between two parties, or in other words, a settlement.

Traditionalist Worker Party can't find the money...

Image
Oh dear. That's too bad.

This, coming from the TWP's Treasurer, apparently...

I do so hope that the money turns up soon. Perhaps there should be a financial investigation of the registered political party?
