Independent Review likely to drop today...

Image
Keep your browser pointed here today, as many expect that the independent review launched by the city of Charlottesville into the events surrounding multiple white nationalist rallies will drop sometime today. In the last few days, the webpage for the independent review added a button for downloading the report and an image of the cover of the report. As of this morning, the report could not be accessed via the webpage but it is expected to go live sometime today. The independent review is item #5 on the upcoming December 4th Charlottesville City Council meeting agenda. According to the agenda, Tim Heaphy, the chief investigator tasked with executing the review in exchange for payment by the city will hold a press conference some time this week in advance of the December 4th City Council meeting.

What is a VOST?

Image
During multiple white nationalist events which took place in Charlottesville, Virginia this past summer, a virtually unknown group of volunteers known as "VOST" kept a close watch on public social media accounts in real-time and reported to a government handler who in turn elevated information to law enforcement. VOST stands for Virtual Operations Support Team. The idea for VOST originated in 2011 by Jeff Phillips. According to a blog post by Scott Reuter, considered to be one of the foremost experts on VOST today, this is the basic concept for VOST:

"Virtual Operations Support (VOS) as applied to emergency management and disaster recovery is an effort to make use of new communication technologies and social media tools so that a team of trusted agents can lend support via the internet to those on-site who may otherwise be overwhelmed by the volume of data generated during a disaster. VOS Teams (VOST) are activated to perform specific functions in support of affected or…

Listen: Mike Enoch tells potential Unite The Right participants to bring firearms, brags about filling their pockets on future lawsuits for "civil rights violations"...

Image
Although the Alt-Right has spun a convenient tale about how they came to Charlottesville for "peaceful purposes", nothing could be further from the truth. On an episode of The Daily Shoah, recorded just days before the Unite The Right rally, Mike Enoch and Eli Mosley discussed the arming of Unite The Right participants. Enoch specifically mentions "third party self-defense", like the kind we saw used on Deandre Harris at the Market Street Parking Garage. Listen here.

Eli Mosley: "We are going there, no matter what. We are going to Lee Park still. We have every intention of holding the rally as planned with police protection at that, at Lee, at the Lee statue."Mike Enoch: "Now, I don't know how much you can or can't say about the police protection. Umm, can you say anymore about that, at this time?"Eli Mosley: "Yeah, I mean, I'll say it very openly. The police have ensured us that, they told us this weeks ago that r…

Narrative Collapse: Jason Kessler says there was no conspiracy that he's seen to shut down the August 11th torch march at UVA...

Image
Jason Kessler and Christopher Cantwell have recorded a new podcast in which they discuss and backtrack on previous claims that there was an alleged conspiracy to shut down the August 11th torch march at the University of Virginia. Get used to this folks, as court gets closer and closer, these turds are going to be doing so much backtracking and throwing each other under the bus that attorney's for Plaintiff's and Prosecutors will be able to sit back and let them convict themselves.

Christopher Cantwell: "To clarify, these conversations between Jalane, and McGee, and Sullivan, and all this, and the Mayor's wife, they're trying to plot in advance to shut down the march, or this is the tone of the article, that this act of criminal behavior should have been stopped?"
Jason Kessler: "Well, I think that there's no doubt that the Communist professor is trying to shut down this march. I don't think that these people have a le…

LOSer Leak: Alleged League of the South membership list from 2014 leaks...

Image
Last week, an alleged League of the South membership list from 2014 of nearly 5,000 individuals was leaked to the internet. Authenticity of the document cannot be confirmed. Several aspects of the document appear to show that it is indeed authentic, while other aspects appear to cast some doubt. Overall, the evidence appears to point in the direction that the document is authentic, and Michael Hill apparently has a really big problem on his hands. Assuming it is an internal document, who is leaking this information? On one hand, the spreadsheet is super detailed with a considerable amount of personal information including names, addresses, email addresses, membership numbers and telephone numbers. Due to the sheer size of data included in the document, if it is a hoax, it's a pretty elaborate one that took a considerable amount of time to gather bad information to be included for the purpose of trolling opposition (I guess). On the other hand, the document is titled "LOSers2…

According to social media post, Ken Parker and Crystal Moore are LOSers...

Image
According to a social media post by Michael Tubbs, the League of the South Chief of Staff, Ken Parker and Crystal Moore (who are both also Neo-Nazis) are members of the League of the South. Moore declined to state what group they affiliate when asked by local news media in a report about Parker. Moore would only say that she identifies as a "Southern White Nationalist". Parker has been banned from the University of North Florida campus for a social media post of himself shirtless holding a rifle with a swastika tattoo on his chest.

According to the news report, the post has been taken as a threat to students at the school. Parker reportedly mentioned the student organization Students for a Democratic Society, or SDS in the social media post.

According to Parker, the post with the rifle stems from reports of "It's OK To Be White Flyers" being posted on campus. It's unknown if Parker himself posted the flyers on campus, but it wouldn't be a stretch.

Image
2017 is set to go down as the Virginia Flaggers worst year ever. In one photo, the unknown man is seen walking alongside Michael Tubbs, the League of the South's Chief of Staff. Tubbs is also a convicted felon.

Citizen Review Board: August 12, 2017 Timeline...

Image
An important aspect of the events of August 12th is an accurate timeline from beginning to end. Using time and date stamped photos, videos and a plethora of comments posted on social media, we are able to determine a fairly accurate sequence of events. This will be important in ultimately agreeing on the basic facts of what happened, which will be essential in order to make any progress going forward. If we can't agree on the facts of what happened, how can we figure out how not to let it happen again? A new film titled 'Charlottesville: Our Streets' is set to be screened next Sunday at the Virginia Film Festival. According to the producers Brian Wimer and Jackson Landers, "they want the film to establish an accurate record of events without adding any editorial filter in order to foster intelligent dialogue..." Additionally, the City of Charlottesville's own "independent" review, which is being led by Attorney Tim Heaphy is also putting together a…
