The Very Lost Cause: A winning strategy is, just don't talk about the number of "black Confederates"

I can say unequivocally that the silent treatment works wonders for the Confederate Heritage cause. That seems like pretty good advice from Teresa Roane. It's probably better that you guys not talk about this, lest everyone figure out that you're making shit up. And oh yeah, we get your meaning Teresa. Wink! Wink! LOL!

Restoring the honor!

  1. Just look at all those facts. All kinds of opinions and not one single shred of evidence to support their beliefs. The lack of evidence is overwhelming. Not only that, but the very people who wanted secession spoke clearly about why they were seceding. They also very quite clear on why they did not want blacks as soldiers on multiple occasions. They even resisted the entire concept of blacks as soldiers in 1865! Desperation drove them to finally making the attempt but to no avail at the very end of the conflict.

    1. Maybe he's referring to 10,000 Maniacs and their song "These are the Days", making the heritage crowd nostalgic for their bygone era that will never return.

Maybe it's a sign the heritage crowd is going alt.
